This adorable lil family is pretty fun to be around. Brother is quite entertaining and is a great brother! Not to mention how cute he is This first one of him just makes my day!! This was his look MOST of the session, hee hee. Lil sister was adorable and sweet, just like lil girls should be! I cant wait to finish up their order & hang some BEEutiful pieces of art in their new-after-the-flood home!! It was so great seeing you guys, x0x0

Of course when i say “hot” i mean it in both ways!! They are obviously beautiful and handsome and just plain HOT, but they were also very hot as in 104 degrees outside!! When I met up with these lovelies a few weeks ago it was pretty insanely hot, well just like it has been for the past month or so. I feel like this year has with out a doubt been the weirdest year for Nashville weather. We froze at the beginning, then we were flooded in the middle and now were being scorched, what is up with that??? Im praying our fall is just perfect, cool days and nights with beautiful foliage and of course the beautiful fall light we love for portraits!! Speaking of Fall, our schedule is open and we are booking up fast for Fall dates!! Every year is busier than the one before, so book today to guarantee a session spot. We have some new beautiful Christmas Cards and such as well. FaLaLa……………here it comes!

OK, back to this family. I hadnt seen them in about two years and I was thrilled to hear back from mom, the kids have grown sooo much and are just so darn adorable! Big brother is calm, patient & soooo good with his lil sister. Not sure if this was just a show for me, maybe he was bribed but whatever it was =awesome sibling portraits!!!!!! Some of my new favs!! Sister is a spit-fire, sweeeet lil thing! One second she is shining her big sweet smile at me and you just want to kiss all over her sweet cheeks, then the next second she is sticking her tongue at me and laughing the whole time! I laughed and laughed and laughed at her all night!! She also would just surprise us all and lay a big kiss on brother…..awwwww  :)

trying to make up for my absence on here! i have so many beautiful faces and families still to share with you here is another family that i am totally in awe of. i feel so honored to know them and more so to be able to capture so many of their family memories for them. i immediatly fell for the sweet mama of this clan, she is endearing and pure and is always always smiling!! she pours out sweet joy! she makes me want to be a better person, so you can just imagine how sweet her amazing children are! i took the two older girls and we had fun on bikes and lil trails, you know big girl stuff! Vactioning in Seaside, Fl just isnt the same without bikes, you can bike everywhere, its sooo wonderful. its such a peaceful way to get about, hot but peaceful! There is this amazing bed swing thingy at their beach house, i fell totally in love with shooting there, isnt it devine? i know mama will have a beautiful piece of art on her wall soon of this…sigh…sooo amazing. they were so lucky to have both of their moms come to meet them for part of the vacation so we captured some beautiful images with the two grandmas, which is just priceless! i love these shots on the beach, i think it shows just how serene it was there. after a awesome (but oh my gosh HOT HOT HOT) session, we walked over the Frosty Bites to get some yummy cold snow cones, and of course these arent just any snow cones, the ultimate most refreshing ones you will ever eat……………yum yum yum..

i am not doing so great on my sneak peeks lately…sorry! we had a wonderful vacation, then we came home to working on a awesome project with a new show on NBC. Its called School Pride, its kinda like Extreme Home Makeover but they work only on schools, and since our elem school completely flooded in May they chose us!! whoot whoot!! I was sooo honored to be apart of it and capture a ton of the behind the scenes shots, before and after shots and much much more. I will share more on all of that soon! We wrapped it up last week so now im trying to get back into work and reality

Here is one of the awesome fabolous families i met up with at the beach. I have been so blessed by this sweet lil family, i met them when Harper was only a few days old and welllll lets just be honest…she has me wrapped around her lil finger. We had a awesome session in Rosemary Beach, one of the prettiest places you will ever see! Then after our fun session I even got to babysit lil Harper, mom and dad and their long time friends needed a lil adult time and well i needed a lil Harper time! We swam, ate, played, watched movies…total chick night!

Harpers sweet mama just turned 30 and for her birthday all she wanted was a trip with her long time BF to the beach and to have it all captured by ME. *geesh* no pressure there. im always so honored when my clients trust me so!!
